Hey, I’m Phil — but most people know me as Uncle Philly. I’m the founder of Specific Focus Fitness and a coach dedicated to helping hybrid athletes unlock serious performance. With over 15 years of consistent training experience and a background in military service, I’ve built my coaching philosophy around structure, discipline, and long-term progress.

I specialize in preparing athletes for the demands of HYROX and hybrid competition — blending endurance, strength, and functional conditioning into coaching that’s focused, intentional, and sustainable.

Right now, I’m training toward a sub-60 HYROX and aiming for a top 3 finish in my age group at HYROX Sydney 2025. I live the lifestyle I coach, because I believe leadership comes from doing — not just directing.

My mission with Specific Focus Fitness is simple:
